Album Cover: Nights in NYC

This is an album cover I created for @melfi over at NYHoosier. The cover has 6 layers and I used the font Chopin Script crisp at 16pt. I also added the NYHoosier logo on the bottom left corner. You can see the bigger version of this logo on his previous album artwork for "Into The Dark"

View and Download the tracks.

Oldsmobile 88

A few days ago I was browsing through "36 Vintage Car Emblems from Chromeography" and ran across this chrome logo of the Oldsmobile 88 and began clicking through to the Flickr source image of Rocket 88 by yourpaldave - Thought it be interesting to add a little color to the Chrome.

Time Doesn't Stop

TimeDoesntStop.jpg

Every time I walk into my kitchen I look up at this clock expecting to see what time it is.
But then I look back to the oven clock to see the real time.
So, for the past 7 months it's been 12:14:43

It's just a small reminder that time doesn't stop, but the things we create to tell time do.

Lesson 01 - Clear Direction

Lesson01

Clear Direction Is The Key To Getting Anything Done. Without It What Do You Expect?

I have 12 different layers in this design and 2 text layers. I used a few different textures, applying overlay, vivid light, and colorburn to some of the layers. Then I added black gradient-to-transparent around the edges.

Clear Direction

This applies to many different things. :)
